Tammy Touchette, RMT

In 2016, Tammy graduated from Ontario School of Health and Technology. She completed her registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in May 2017, where she was able to start treating clients with various ailments and issues doing what she absolutely loves, Massage Therapy.

Tammy's goal is to help every client feel better, she just wants to help everyone be at their most optimal health. Currently treating out of Family First Chiropractic and focusing a lot on pregnancy massage, kids and teenage massage. Tammy has also completed a cupping course in December 2017 and she will include in treatments when requested.

Cindy McNaughton, RMT

Massage Therapy has been a huge part of Cindy’s life, when she graduated from Fleming College in Peterborough in 2002.

She has gained significant experience working in a variety of settings including, physiotherapy clinics, spas, RMT based clinics and Chiropractic offices. She has also previously taught infant and couples massage as well as teaching new students Massage Therapy out of a Toronto based college.

Her goal, ultimately, is for you to feel your best and she will customize your treatment to achieve that goal. So, if you are looking for relaxation or more focus to one area, just let her know and Cindy is more than happy to help anyway she can!

Emily Preiss, BA Kin., RMT

Emily graduated from Brock University with a Honors Degree in Kinesiology. She furthered her education at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, graduating in June 2010. Emily began practicing in August of 2010 and has since worked in a variety of settings including multidisciplinary clinics as well as spas.

In 2014 she became certified in Acupuncture through the College of Acupuncture and Therapeutics. Emily is also certified to perform cupping, tapping and hot stone massage treatments.

She works with a wide variety of ages including both children and the elderly.

Her techniques include general Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, fascial release, joint mobilizations, intra-oral massage and prenatal massage.
