Sarah Wight, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Sarah has worked in manual therapy for almost a decade, initially as a Registered Massage Therapist and now as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Her path to the healing arts began with a desire to help people. She studied International Development at the University of Guelph and worked briefly in the field before realizing she wanted a more personal connection in her work.
Sarah really enjoys working with people to help them move better, feel better and ultimately, live better.
As an osteopath, she has a great respect for the body, mind, spirit connection and works with body to facilitate healing on all levels.
Sarah looks forward to meeting you and showing you how osteopathy can benefit you!
