Massage Therapy has been a huge part of Cindy’s life, when she graduated from Fleming College in Peterborough in 2002.
She has gained significant experience working in a variety of settings including, physiotherapy clinics, spas, RMT based clinics and Chiropractic offices. She has also previously taught infant and couples massage as well as teaching new students Massage Therapy out of a Toronto based college.
Her goal, ultimately, is for you to feel your best and she will customize your treatment to achieve that goal. So, if you are looking for relaxation or more focus to one area, just let her know and Cindy is more than happy to help anyway she can!
Emily graduated from Brock University with a Honors Degree in Kinesiology. She furthered her education at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic for Massage Therapy, graduating in June 2010. Emily began treating in August of 2010 and has since worked in a variety of settings including multidisciplinary clinics as well as spas.
In 2014

In 2014 she became certified in Acupuncture through the College of Acupuncture and Therapeutics (this is billed under Massage Therapy for those who have benefits). Emily is also certified to perform cupping, taping and hot stone massage treatments.
She is happy to work with a wide variety of ages including both children and the elderly.
Meghan attended Ontario College of Health & Technology graduated in 2016. She has had training in many different elements of Massage Therapy but utilizes mostly Swedish techniques and is always upgrading and learning new skills.
She has always had a passion for helping and is currently attending Anderson College to become a Medical Labor

She has always had a passion for helping and is currently attending Anderson College to become a Medical Laboratory technician as well as being a RMT.
She lives an active lifestyle, kayaking, running, walking her dogs and playing sports in her free time. Meghan is an avid gardener and grows her own food. She has always taken a big interest in nutrition and the food industry, anything relating to health and wellness.
She enjoys working with all clients from all walks of life such as athletes, clients dealing with everyday wear and tear, injury rehabilitation, relaxation and stress relief or just coming in for some maintenance.

Rob is a recent grad from the Canadian College of Health and Science Technology where he graduated from to be a Massage Therapist. He completed his undergrad in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor with his focus being Movement Sci

Rob is a recent grad from the Canadian College of Health and Science Technology where he graduated from to be a Massage Therapist. He completed his undergrad in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor with his focus being Movement Science and his minors in Music and Psychology. He's recently moved back home to Niagara after being in Windsor for 6 + years. He's excited to put his Massage diploma and Human Kinetics degree to use in a clinical setting. He offers a variety of massage techniques including cupping, Graston/scraping, deep tissue, muscle activation, stretching and taping. His goal is to help clients on their road to recovery and growth on their fitness journey and on life as a whole.
Shalaine graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology in December of 2015 and was registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in early 2016.

In 2016, Tammy graduated from Ontario School of Health and Technology. She completed her Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in May 2017 and began treating clients with various ailments and doing what she absolutely loves, Massage Therapy.

Tammy's goal is to help every client feel better and for them to be at their optimal health. She is comfortable treating every age, from seniors to infants and everyone in between. She also really enjoys prenatal massage. Tammy is happy to add taping and cupping to her treatments when requested.
